| The development of divided step is an objective law in the process of things grow up. it is also a basic law which promotes things developed . Agriculture in Yanbian has come into a new step experienced more than twenty years of reform and opening policy .It mainly improves qualities and optimize the structure and increase the income of famers .It also stresses on combination of traditional investment and capital-intensive and technology-intensive .But the core of "three agriculture" problems now which famers faced are the magrinal contribution of non-agriculture's income will less than before .The space is limited by going a step further in enhancing the prices of agricultural produce . Perfection of trade condition which effected the increased income of famers will gradually decreaced.The premium of agriculture and famers which given by our nation will improbably change the structure largely in short term .We will see ,the basic structure of farmer's increasing income will decide the efficiency of agriculture rise or not .It becomes the most basic factor which decides the level of famer's income . Therefore realizing the transform from high product to high efficiency and developing efficiency agriculture now have become the inevitably choice of the agricultural growth in Yanbian .However, through the evaluation of Yanbian agriculture the artical have come into the conclusion that because of special resources advantages are unable to bring into play, the steps of the adjustment of structure are too slow , the channels of agricultural growth are too narrow , the economic developments among regions are too different ,the extent of agricultural integration is too low etc. These problems are seriously holdback the raising of the famers. In a word , the study depends on the basic principles of "efficiency agriculture" and the theory of agricultural integration puts forword the thinking of development and relative measures which improve the efficiency of agriculture and income of famers.
