The article which is subdivided into five chapters discusses and makes research on the issues of Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA), its Immunities and Privileges, its relationship with China and the effect it exerts to China. The starting from the foundation of MIGA, the first chapter introduces the legal status, the membership and the capital of MIGA, the purchasing of stocks by the member states, the organization and voting of stocks by the cooperation between MIGA and other international organizations. The second chapter focuses on the guarantee scope, the qualified investment and insurance, the guarantee cotract and subrogation, as well as common and separated insurance. In chapter three the issues of the Immunities and Privileges of MIGA are explored in four aspects the Immunities and Privileges of international organization, the purpose of endowing Immunities and Privileges to MIGA, the characteristics and scope of representatives of member states, the Immunities and Privileges of the working staff in MIGA and MIGA itself. The fourth chapter makes comments on the relationship between MIGA and China, as well as the influences that MIGA exerts on China from the factor both the positive and negative aspects. Then put forward new viewpoints that Chinese overseas investment should be double insured. The fifth chapter is remarks of conclusion which points out that we should take full advantage of MIGA as the "guaranteed investment" is more significance to China because China will face more overseas investment with Chinese entrance into WTO.
