The Research And Implementation Of Production Logistics And Standard Cost Control System For Enterprise

Technology-oriented methodologies,such as system analysis,design and develop have received lots of attention during the early years of development of MIS. After 1990,however,it has been realized that there are lots of potential problems in the development of MIS if it is only technology-oriented. The power of information technology couldn't be taken full advantage unless it is combined with management. As a result,the new generation of management information system emerged with the combination of production logistics management and ERP etc.ERP is viewed as the representative of the new generation of management information system for enterprise. The reason of being widely accepted is attributed to the advanced management method,which suit the requirement of modern working force. This paper is based on the construction of production logistics and standard cost control system for Wafangdian Bearing Group Corporation. The concepts of production logistics in enterprise were presented;the consistency between the infrastructure and characteristics of the production information was analyzed;the significance of the production logistics management and the methods of constructing were illuminated. Through analysis,the underlying methods were taken as the basis for the construction of production material flow and standard cost control system,using latest computer technologies. In implementation,PDM was introduced for the description of production data management in the front-end design and development. Studies were focused mainly on the design of production information structure in manufacture,which is beneficial to the development of the model of production data management and the application system,and eventually help the enterprise to migrate to a new pattern of the management based on the supply chain.In the end,this paper presented the method for enterprise internal IPMD (Integrated Product Manufacturing and Design) management,that is,the chain of product develop,design and manufacture. It is believed to be a trend in the near future.
