Nowadays, with the development of economy and the advancement of information, the market of globalization have been formed, clients' requirement hasalso become more diversification. So, the competition of market has becoming more and more severity. In the facing of furious competition of market, Logisticsas the third profit headspring-has become a hot point of the new economy, and agreat deal of logistics enterprises have coming forth. But, because the small dimensions of most of logistics enterprises, the limitation and dispersal of logistics resource will lead to resource waste, and reduce the efficiency of logistics system. Therefore, logistics enterprises must confirm resource reasonable, enlarge their range of service, increase their efficiency of service, respond the demand of modern logistics' development consequently.In this thesis, applying the theories and methods, deals with the resource conformity of logistics enterprises, and studies its root, mode and operation.Firstly, expatiates some basic problem about the resource conformity of logistics enterprises. Begin with the analysis of its reason, introduces the basic type of logistics enterprises and the form of resource, and summarizes its content and instrument.Secondly, applying the basic theory of resource economics, analyses the best collocation of logistics enterprises' resource. Analyses the root of resource collocation of enterprises, the best collocation of logistics enterprises' resource, and the cost of resource collocation.Thirdly, applying the theory of transaction cost, deals with the choice ofcollocate mechanism, puts forward and analyses the mode of resource conformity.In this part, indicates the determinations of logistics bargaining cost, and points out the cooperation is the best mode of resource conformity.Finally, Using the Game Theory, analyses the cooperation of logistics enterprises. Form "Prisoner's Dilemma "to the difficult problem of cooperation, investigates and establishes two modes in order to achieve the resource conformity of logistics enterprises.
