Discussing About The Competitiveness Of The Non State-owned Enterprises

This Dissertation starts with theory of competitiveness, points out "four -power" truss, design corresponding evaluation indexes system and analyze the internal and external factors the non state-owned enterprises face in order to probe into measurements to enhance its competitiveness, which provide proofs with analysis of non state-owned enterprises' competitiveness, meanwhile a new approach is pointed out in order to enhance the non state-owned enterprises' competitiveness.This paper, firstly, discusses and estimates the relative theories of competitiveness including "Five-power analysis ", "Value chain" and "diamond system" in Porter's competition theory, "Special Resources" theory, " 3 and 3", "10x change" theory and others related, and puts forward three factors affect the truss of competitiveness of enterprises.Then, the author construe advantageous and disadvantageous competition environment of the non state-owned enterprises, including internal factors and external ones.In succession, combined with each factors in the competition environment, the paper abstracts the truss of competitiveness of non state-owned enterprises, they are combination of production power, market power, product power and conformity power which is called by the author "the four-power truss". According to this, the author, making use of some economic, financial and social indexes, construct an indexes system including production power index, market power index, product power index and conformity power index and give an example to indicate the importance and application of this system.On the basis of the analysis above, the paper point out countermeasures to enhance the competitiveness of the non sate-owned enterprises, they are to consummate polices and statute system, to extend financial channels, to cultivate innovation system (including mechanism innovation, technology innovation, culture innovation, human resource development and management innovation, brand innovation, quality management and knowledge management innovation), to recur to electronic commerce and to advance diathesis of entrepreneur, etc..With the greatly attention paid by our society, expert and scholar to competitiveness, it is believed that the theory fit for our enterprises become more and more wholesome, which then can not only improve their competition but is beneficial to the development of our national economy in the worldwide economy and is beneficial to enhance the status of our enterprises in the international competition...
