Studies On The Competitiveness And Development Strategies Of Guangxi Export Enterprises

Implications of economic globalization, which create a universal inevitable trend, are far-reaching for every country's economy. As pioneers facing economic globalization, export manufacturers are assigned with critical responsibilities to join in fiery competition in the international markets as well as domestic markets. The questions of enterprises?international competition are so significant with country economic development. This thesis presents the competitive concept of export manufacturers on the basis of competitive theory and strategies in order to cope with the challenges after our WTO entry. At first, this thesis analyzes general theories of enterprises?competition such as Marxism's theory, related foreign theories and Chinese competitive theories in chapter 1. Combining with the situation of Chinese enterprises?development, chapter 2 puts forward how to cultivate fundamental elements of enterprises?competitiveness, which include shaping scale economy, developing technological advantages and constructing innovation system. Then in chapter 3, I establish a model for evaluating enterprises? competitiveness and adopt the measure of quantitative element analysis on main export products in Guangxi. Finally, according to both the principle of combining theory with practice and the consideration of enterprises?development, this thesis gives rise to development strategies and management tactics in order to increase export enterprises? competitiveness. As a member of the provincial group studying on WTO's countermeasures, I participate in field studies of export enterprises region widely; collect first-handed and precious material to intensify my viewpoints. On condition that competitiveness is an argue-arousing and complicated field, in addition the scopes of my ability, this thesis should be some shortcomings.
