Comprehensive Evaluation Method For Integrated Strength Of Enterprise Technical Center

The enterprise technical center, whose aim is technical development,advancement and in-novation of enterprise, is a unit encouraged and supported by thestate govemment. As an important requiremellt of management, the study and practiccof evaluation fOr technica1 center that is organized by the state economic & tradecommittee, has been going on. This is also importdrit for an enterprise forself evaluation, fOr imProving the management of technical center. This thesis aims atestablishing an effective evaluation index system and method based on the functionand task of technical center. Through this, the weakness and strength of an enterprisecan be found out, the suitable reso1vent can be found out. The rule of evaluation inthis thesis is f general considering, scientific based, impersonality and justness. easy tomanipulate. Major research works in this thesis are f(l ) The thesis studied the evaluation systems that are used in and out abroad. Therule and benchInarks fOr evaluating an enterprise tecImical center have been putrorwara.(2) After pointing out the shortages in the actua1 evaluation system, the thesissuggested some resolvents and established an evaluation index system.(3) Based on the principle and aPplication of multi-layer evaluation, the weightsof each index have been analyzed through one-one comParing weighting method,multi-layer fuzzy evaluation method is adopted in the thesis. By this way, somefactitious has been eliminated.(4) The actual data of a technical center has been eva1uated with the indexsystem and method suggested in this thesis. It comes to a conclusion by comparingwith what has been evaluated by the state.(5) This thesis is unique in that it put emPhasis not only on theoretical studies,but also on actual practice studies and dgnamic studies.
