The subject of the thesis - E-business belongs to the multi-disciplinary, crosse synthetic research field. It is the result of the multi-disciplinary application of the economy theory and the practice, the management theory and the practice, the in science and technology, the computer technique and application. In the view of the economics, it is part of the applied economics. On the base of the informatics, it give prominence to the info technique and the availability and belongs to the category of the MIS. In the view of the computer, it pays more attention to the computer information network's structure and the computer application.The main aim of the article is to analyse the essential character of the e-business from the point of view of the economics. This thesis sets forth the necessity and feasibility of the modern corporation developing the e-business after it analyse to requirement and feasibility of the e-business.According to the economics this paper systematically analyze the specialty and to function in the economy of the e-business. And the its effects on the production a currency field is qualitatively analyzed. Also the paper includes the analysis of the income of the e-commerce. On the base of these analysises, I put forward a forecastion model of the target market which works for the development of the e-commerce on the corporation's productions. Via the model we can conclude the possibility and the capability of the corporation exploiting the e-business system.According to the predictive model the thesis sets down some developing strategal for the every factor on the viewpoint of the target market. It aims to increase the corporation's market competition. On the other hand I also introduce some information techniques for the establishment of the e-business system.
