The Swellfun Corporation's Inventory Research

There is inventory in each process of enterprise's dynamic cycle such as purchasing,manufacturing and selling. The inventory capital is 2/3 of enterprise's total capital. So enhancing the ability of stock management and reducing the storage is an important target of enterprise management.The fact of swellfun's inventory management is introduced,and the problem in inventory management is analyzed. Part problem of inventory management is optimized with the thought of system dynamics and supply chain management. First,the production demand forecasting system is founded,and these models are realized with VC++ program,and the defect in traditional arithmetic is mended. The second,the system dynamics model of swellfun's manufacturing and managing cycle is set up,and the influence upon manufacture planning by every factor of marketing is analyzed. Thirdly,the system dynamics model of raw material is based and realized with VC++ program.The swellfun's inventory problem is researched by the means of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. The veracity of manufacture planning and the work efficiency is improved;the level of inventory is reduced,so economic benefit is gained by applying these models. The research can be used for reference to other company's inventory management.
