It's very important to keep national economy developing continued fast and health that devote major efforts to agriculture and village economy, particular increase the peasant's income by every possible means, and raise the consume gravity of rural area in the entire consume. The Party Central Committee and the State Council attach extremely importance to the problems of agriculture, countryside and peasant. They put forward that we should pay more close attention to countryside, care for peasant, support agriculture, regard solving the problems of agriculture, countryside and peasant as the emphasis important works of the whole party's work.
