Studies On Prevention Of Moral Hazard About State-owned Enterprises' Managers

This paper studies preventive measures of moral hazard about state-owned enterprises' managers. Firstly, the behaviors and the causes of moral hazard are simply introduced in it, so that we can solve the moral hazard from motivation and supervision. Secondly, on the basis of the theory of management, we can build four manners of motivation and restriction and supervison of the SOES' managers:the motivation of reward, the motivation of mental,the motivation of power of controlling, the motivation of market competition. Then it gives a deeply analysis of the mechanism of motivation and restriction and analyses the problem of SOES' managers in china,then gives some rational suggestion. At last we also build the mechanism of supervision.
