Research On Entrepreneurial Management Of The IT Enterprises In Zhongguancun

How to achieve the growth of entrepreneurial company through management has current significance, while the IT enterprises in Zhongguancun are the most representative and referential ones hi China.The author selects the IT enterprises in .Zhongguancun as the object of study,focuses on the management essence, model and growth of entrepreneurial company, and researches through the Three Key Points of Timmons's Model and some Growth Theory.Firstly, the author analyses the external environment of the IT enterprises in Zhongguancun. Secondly, combining the current situation of the IT enterprises with Timmons's theory of Three Key Points, the author divides theIT enterprises in Zhongguancun into three management models------familymodel, estimating large company and inner entrepreneurial model. Through comparison to the three models and the deep analysis of the entrepreneurial company, the paper comes to a conclusion that management transformation must be carried out during the different period of development. At last, the author sets up an innovation drive model of entrepreneurial management.The paper describes enterprise in different views which is the process of effective risk control by using current and future recourses. It studies the development stage of IT Enterprises' enterprise process in ZhongGuanChun. In view of technological innovation, system innovation and management innovation is the key factor that effects the development of enterprise industry in ZhongGuanChun.
