Research On Innovation Management System Of Modern Enterprises

Technological innovation is the competition focus among modern enterprises, so the effective innovation management is an important way to raise enterprises' core competition ability.Innovation process includes the beginning of new concepts, research and development, engineering design and production, marketing, etc. With the theory of system science, this thesis regards enterprises' innovation management as a complicated system problem involved with interactive effects from many factors, which is useful in the study of modern enterprises' innovation management system.Firstly, on the bases of summary of enterprises" innovation management all around the world and investigation analysis on innovation of some big and middle scale enterprises in China, this thesis points out that enterprises' innovation management has a low efficiency and the innovation management system is not sound enough. Secondly, using the theory and method of system science, it makes a study on the characteristics of modern enterprises" innovation management system, and then it analyzes the construction and function of innovation management system. At last, based on these theories, this thesis presents the innovation management system model with the method of harmonious optimization, and then it optimizes the innovation management system, which is helpful to have deep understanding on modern enterprises' innovation management system.
