The Thesis is divided into two sections, based on the case study of international development strategy of China Telecom Group Corp.:The first section is an case description which includes two parts: 1. An introduction which brings out the inner concerns and outer competition that CT Group Corp. is now facing, through one special topic conference and three stories; 2. After the discription of the company's present possession and surroundings, putting forward the international development strategy adjustment for the company.The second section is a detailed case analysis consisted of six subsections: 1. the company's actuality analysis; 2. the environments analysis; 3. the industry characteristic analysis; 4. SWOT model analysis; 5. Five effective power analysis; 6. CT's international development strategy analysis.Through the above analysis, a conclusion can be drawn that under the present complicated competition situation, international development strategy is an important way for the company to get out of the present embarrassment and find a new profit increase point, finally getting the greatest long-term benefits.
