Nanhai PORT

This paper is focused on strategic management, including two parts: the case and the case analysis.In the main body of the case, focused on the thinking of developing logistics, the author introduces the background and the developing process of the Nanhai Port firstly. Meanwhile the author analyzes the problem and the main rivals of Nanhai Port. What's more, the author depict the managers' different opinion of developing logistics.In the section of the case analysis, the author applies the strategic basic theory, including PEST and SWOT analytical method, to analyzes the exterior and interior circumstance of Nanhai PORT and the feasibility of developing logistics. Furthermore, the author put forward the strategic mentality of the developing logistic, and the relevant measures to reach the goal basing on the circumstance and the resource of Nanhai PORT.
