21' Century Japanese "Lead To All Fields' Great Power" National Strategy

When a famous historian talked about how could the USA become a superpower, He said ,"some countries' great come from their hard work, America' great comes from the God. "Japanese experience is different, Japan is eager to be a great power, but it can not gain the status from the God. From 1868, Japan had been working hard for a status of great power. After The Second World War was end, Japan set up a new national strategy-economic development is the government's first task. In 1968, Japan became a great economic power, so Japan thought it's time to realize the national ambition. It hated to be an economic great power as while as a political dwarf, standing at the corner of the world stage. Japanese government gave up its old national strategy and set down a new national strategy -"great political power" national strategy. Japan wanted to be a great political giant. It tried its best to achieve this goal.In twenty first century, the world station changed, Japanese's determination is firmer. It reforms its economic structure, elevates science and technology strength, cooperates with the USA, enlarges its foreign field, and enhances its influence. All these acts make up of and show the twenty first century national strategy of Japan. I call it "lead to all fields great power" national strategy.The article is composed of five parts. Among the five parts, the author describes the twenty first century Japanese national strategy's formation procedure, discusses the reasons of formation, the barriers it will face and the new national strategy's influence. Lastly, the author debates Japanese neighbors' anxiety and their countermeasures.The dissertation's innovation is that: the author bravely makes up with 21 century Japanese "lead to all fields' great power" national strategy by reviewing the evolvement of Japanese national strategy history, analyzing the current international and internal station of Japan, the author discusses the new national strategy's concrete shows, reasons, barrier and its influence, so as to give a whole frame of Japanese new national strategy.
