Among all the factors of productivity, human resource is the most active, creati -ve, and valuable one. Furthermore, it's the hard core of resources in enterprise. W -hether the company will succeed or fail, it plays a decisive role to some extent. The -refore, the development and management of human resource is pretty radical in th-e modern business management ,and it must be put first in order to reach a sustainabl -e development goal. Human resource management pays attention to give the employe -es sound organization, training and collocation with a modern methods on the basi-s of suitable human resource planning for the sake of the best match of position an-d personnel.Through a series of management mechanism , it can stimulate the employee's job motivation. As a result, a person has a right position and a post correspon -ds to a right person with right ability. From above, the basic duty of HRM is to solve the problem of matching position and ability, which means putting perso-n into the corresponding position. So, whether ability and position is matched r -easonably is the basic condition to gain performance.This article establishes a theoretical basis model and a dynamic model on the basis of the theory of the match of position and ability, which provides methods and guidance for the study on the model and methods of matching positionand ability. From these models, to get a reasonable and effective match of pos -ition and ability, a thorough understanding of the position and personnel is needed.In favor of this, this article establishes "position frame "and "ability model". In th-e aspect of the position frame, first, it points out that poison design and analysis is t -he basical method to the matching of position and ability and the basical tool of HRM. Then, it gives a elaborate explanation of the position data. As to the ab -ility model, it figures out that different position needs different human resource structure and different ability model should be used according to the concrete situa -tion. Besides, this paper sets up "growth model" of ability and analyzes the facto -rs which affect the growth of employee' ability. Ultimately, this article proposesthat emphasis on ability is the tiptop of the match of position and ability, It also describes the necessity of the emphasis on ability, and establishes the emp -loyee training mechanism on the basis of the emphasis on ability.
