Comparative Study Of Animal Drug Management Between China And U.S

China has started animal medicine legislation since 1980s and formulated "animal medicine management regulations" in 1987. After tens of years of amendment and supplement, China has basically established the animal management order. This accumulates plenty of experiences for the production, use and management of animal medicine. However, with the development of the market economy, present animal medicine rules construction could not conform to the rapid development of stockbreeding production. Especially after China enters into WTO, the construction of animal medicine management regulations needs to accelerate the speed in line with international ones. In order to draw on the advanced experience of animal medicine management, based on the research of American "food, medicine and cosmetic legislation", this thesis systematically analysis the historical evolvement, legislation system, management institution, content of legislation, and operational mechanism.
