The Research Of The State-Owned Enterprise's Capital Operation

There are varies of problems in the process when the State-Run Enterprises establishing the modern enterprise system. Such as the State-Run Enterprise property right is not clear. The capital market is insufficiently developed. In order to increase the efficiency of the State-Run Enterprise capital operation and find out the development strategy, we should keep focus on those problems and analyze them. In this paper, varies of problem been existed in the State-Run Enterprise capital operation are analyzed based on the Marxism theoty and the western economics theory. In the first section, the importance of the State-Run Enterprise capital operation is given out. In the second section, the concept of the capital, the capital operation and the State- Run Enterprise capital operation are defined. The property right theory of Marxism and western economics are analyzed and compared. And at the same time, the condition and the principle for th State-Run SC ierned. In the third section, the problems existing in the State-Run Enterprise capital operation are analyzed. And the targets for the next section are established. In the fourth section, the solving methods for those problems, which establish the State-Run capital management mechanism, construct the capital market, optimize the economics structure, are given out. In the fifth section, there make analyses for the case of hree-Nine Group and reconfirmed the solving method, which are put forward in fourth section. And the last section is the end summary.
