China's tour industry has gained the great achievement as a result of the quickly development of more than 20 years, but at the same time, the financial performance of tour enterprises is declining, especially recent years. The situation of disharmony partly because that a majority of China's tour enterprises are small-scale business, and short of the large-scale tour enterprise with market conformity power, thus made our tour market into disorder. On the other hand, China has formally become a member of World Trade Organization in November 2001, and regarding as for promise joining the WTO, the complete opening of tour market is closely before our eyes. Under the double pressure of domestic and international competition, how China's tour enterprises realize business expanding, and enlarge business scale, strengthen the enterprises' survivability and competitive power become the most pressing matter of our country's tour enterprise.The reality request that our country's tour enterprises must expand and grow up as quickly as possible, however, up to now, the system research as for this subject of "tour enterprise expanding" does not appear yet.
