The new model will thoroughly change management conception, model and method of the traditional enterprise. In addition, it will pour new life-force and vigor into the enterprise, and increase the ability that the enterprise suits the market, grasps firmly market opportunity as well as gains competition power permanently.At present, the research about the virtual enterprise is one hot spot of research problems in the theory field and the world of industry and commerce. At the same time, the enterprises of various states are quickening the process of virtualization, and groping the model and method of management of VE in theory and practice.
