| By means of comparison analysis and connection with practice, the author discusses the legal measures such as legislation, law execution and judicial activities in protecting the legal rights of the entry visitors implemented by the World Tourism Organization and the tourism-developed countries. For the purpose of approaching the international trend and keeping pace with the times, we should learn and derive experience from the others to benefit us, so as to seek for the theoretical basis and practical experience for perfecting protection of the legal rights of the entry visitors to Macau.The thesis is composed of 5 chapters with nearly 80 thousand words.In chapter one, the author starts out with "visitor", namely the general term of "tourist" in chapter one, and defines and classifies "visitor" on the basis of international general term and classification, distinguishing the intension and extension of "visitor" for further study.In chapter two, the author introduces the meaning , basis, detail, scope and character of the legal rights of the entry visitors to Macau.In chapter three, the author researches some possible ways to protect the legal rights of the entry visitors to Macau, and the effective strategies to be adopted.In chapter four, the author compares and analyzes the tourism legislation system in the tourism-developed countries, furthermore, the author summarizes the characteristics in the aspect of the entry visitors' law position, the entry visitors' rights and interests, main system of protecting the entry visitors' rights.In chapter five, on the basis of comparing and analyzing the tourism legislation system, and the ways to protect the legal rights of the entry visitors in the tourism-developed countries, the author puts forward suggestion on how to perfect the legal system of protecting the legal rights of the entry visitors to Macau. Being the ultimate purpose for writing the thesis is expected to arouse the due attention from Macau SAR.
