What's more important in tourist industry is the visitors'rights protection. By means of theory and connection with practice, the author described the present situation of visitors'rights protection, analyzed the reason why infringing upon visitors'rights, learned from international and national legislation of visitors'rights protection and drew on their experience. The author also probed into protection mechanism of visitors'main rights by typical case to perfect legislation of visitors'rights protection. The thesis can be divided into six parts with nearly 70 thousand words.The preface generalized the role of visitors in tourist industry, introduced the domestic and international scholar's achievements in this field and emphasized the significance of visitors'rights protection. Then it stated the necessities and the practical functions for further development of visitors'rights protection.Chapter One—The Introduction of The Visitors'Rights Protection, in which the author took it into three parts where expounded the definition, the harm reasons and the theoretical basis.Chapter Two—Comparison in Protecting Visitors'Rights, in which the author defined the visitors'specific rights and compared the different regulation of visitors'rights protection in various countries and international agreement.Chapter Three—The Main Visitors'Rights, in which the author explained five kinds of indispensable rights including travel information-learned right, travel contract right, safety of life and property right, enjoy the service right and compensation right. These rights are significant in protecting visitors.Chapter Four—Construction of Mechanism in Protecting Visitors'Rights, in which the author discussed three parts of mechanism including norm, relieve and supervision. It also surveyed five kinds of solving travel disputes and put forward the new scheme to mobilize everyone to play its role for protecting visitors'rights.The conclusion summarized the whole thesis, emphasized the urgency of visitors'rights protection and looked into the future.
