Accelerate the information alteration, which is the new industrialization road in China, and is the good way of increasing our enterprises competition ability. When China joined WTO, local business enterprise is facing gradually vigorous market competition, digital become very important. And ERP(Enterprise Resources Planning) is the route to increasing our enterprises competition ability.But put ERP into practice, involve the exterior environment of the business enterprise , and affect the business enterprises' internal work of each level, that is a revolution of management. So, this make our country business enterprise at putting ERP system into practice meets very many of problems.Some enterprise in consequence of management system, organize construction, personnel character etc, lay out a huge sum of investment in the ERP but can not get the return. How to evaluate the possibility of putting ERP system into practice become a lesson which we must faced.For that, this essay analyzed the Chinese enterprise situation, provide the enterprise according to process improvement of maturity model that into practice of ERP".In this paper, the conception, function, structure of the "maturity model that into practice of ERP" are described in detail. The model is compartmentalized with five maturity levels. And the valuation method was given for each maturity grade .Finally in the thesis's conclusion part, point out the research realm that how to evaluate the enterprise capability for digital will be the new hot point.
