Sme Erp Successful Application Of The Key Issues And The Implementation Of Countermeasures

Generally, how to successfully implement ERP system is a key issue of ERP applications. Nowadays, at e-time, in order to survival from a competitive global business world, many middle and small size businesses introduce information management systems such like ERP to strengthen their own competition abilities. However, as a result of lack of technologists and specialists, effective management team and operational experiences, many middle and small size businesses encounter many unknown, uncontrollable facts, which make the ERP applications difficult and hard. Therefore, how to help those enterprises to achieve successful EPR applications is important to study.
