Study And Application On Production Planning Informatization Management System In Apparel Enterprise

With the deep-going of the informatization construction, a variety of small and medium-sized Chinese clothing corporations have gradually realized the necessity of abandoning the out-dated managing methods as well as the introduction of information technology and the latest scientific method of management into their management system so that they can gain vitality and continuity to survive the intensive market competition.Production planning system is one of the key systems in enterprise informatization. The information that the system referred to runs through the whole supply chain in enterprise. One major point of production planning system is how to realize the integration of system information and harmonized the system with the others in function and also, it is one of the kernel systems that manage the internal information and integrated external information of enterprises under information integration environment.At the threshold of 21 st century, due to diversification of the grade of market consumptions and the shift of production type from volume-produce, little type and long-period into small batch quantity, diversification and short-period, a lot of new problems about production management emerged in garment enterprise. Some typical examples are: the establishment of more frequent and complicated production planning, rapidly increased data saving and processing, more difficult optimized configuration about production factors when several types being manufactured on product lines simultaneously, the delivery date customers need to obey, the necessity of fast scientific decision-making in all parts of production planning and management, arrangement of the production planning, supplies accommodated and personnel provided and so on. Therefore, to extensively change traditional management mode into modern informatization mode, it is necessary to research comprehensively productionplanning informatization management system.Combined with relevant ERP programs of HEILAN group and BAISON and cases of F company, this paper lucubrates and understands the current situation and trend of application of informatization technology in apparel enterprise.
