With the rapid development of science and technology and our entry into WTO, the international competition will become increasingly furious. As project cost management is a very complex, systematic project", how to further strengthen our project cost management under the condition of marketing economy, to reduce the project cost, to increase investment profit, to promote the development of our construction market of health, continuance and stabilization, is always a big issue for those who work in the field of project cost to think and concern deeply.On the basis of our current situation of cost management, combining with our relevant national laws and policies, this article analyzes the marketingeconomy, new requirements on project cost management after our entry into WTO, and prominent issues in the current project cost management. According to current laws and policies and our practical situation, this article puts forward to some conceptions of our reform on it, on the basis of Intercoms and the characteristics of project cost management in the West, for the reference of those who work in this field..This article has five chapters.
