For many years, despite the bank industry provided ample funds supporting for manufacturing industry, but because the application efficiency of these funds is not high, and not only result in the large quantity bad loan of bank, but also still decelerated the economy development of our country. Finally, according to the theories of information economics and the characteristics of the bank business, we know definitelywhat bank can do at promoting the manufacturing industry management efficiency.3. Discusse the macro-barriers and micro-barriers in the developing process of manufacturing industry under supporting of bank industry. Macro-barriers show as institution barriers and property right barriers etc. Micro-barriers show as unconformity among enterprise, bank employees and bank organization.4. Research the countermeasure of cancellation to the above barriers. Through reform of system and property right, bank could change the soft restrain of loan; perfecting stimulation system, make the bank pay attention to the self-interest more, and strengthen the motive of bank to get more information of enterprises; developing business encircling manufacturing industry to promote efficiency of manufacturing industry, and at last, improving the property condition of the bank itself.
