Economic Globalization And Choice Of Diplomatic Policy Of China

The globality of the world history is gradually strengthened.With the progress of science and technology and the development of productivity,the world globality has become economic globalization,an objectively historical tendency.The world history has entered the new stage of economic globalization.Economic globalization and a great deal of historical development trend resulted from it make it the most basic factor which reshapes the world history.In the field of international relations,the economic globalization is the most forceful changing factor that readjust international relations.Hie world economy has begun to optimize resoures within the range of the whole world,which influences international relations, international pattern and order after the disintegration of world colony system.The international community has already come to the common understanding:the development of any nation cannot be isolated from global economy,and any nation should actively participate in the economic globalization to make sure its interest is realized;moreover,economic globalization has integrated all parts of the world into a unseparable whole,and global issues are affecting human's common interest and future. The view of globalization is being formed.The thesis aims at the explanation of a whole process of world history and of a practical process of diplomacy of new China to expound historical and practical influence of economic globalization upon choice of diplomatic policy of China.lt is composed of two sections.Section one involves looking back the practical process during which foreign policies protect China's independence and realize its modernization.lt shows that China's development cannot do without the economic globalization trend in the 1990s, and opening policy is the only way to richness/This section also indicates that the choice of diplomatic policy is an important driving force for China's rejuvenation.Section two,through the analysis of the changing impact on international relations after the cold war,points out the choice of foreign policy should be based on changing and global strategic consciousness.
