It has been proved to be a current practice to protect well-known trademark extensively. Therefore, anti-trademark dilution is such an effective measure which has emerged recently and has been widely adopted in the world. Having referred to enormous relevant documents for use, combining domestic legal practice with oversea legislative, administrative and judicial practice, the author lays emphasis on the analysis of the legal traits and characters of the trademark dilution, and aims to clarify the necessity and feasibility of the anti-dilution of well-known trademark.
