With the constant development of the information technology, and the extensive application of the computer, each field utilizes information technology in their works actively, which promotes world development process too. The tax revenue information construction of the revenue department starts in America, and in many countries the information construction of the revenue departments achieve very big achievements now. Though the tax revenue of our country levies and manage information construction starts relatively late, and the foundation is comparatively weak , in the past 20 years ,our country has made considerable progress in the levied and manage information construction process. In this paper, the author strive to give a detail research on the history and current situation of the levy and manage information construction, and gives a proposal to the levy and manage informative development of our country.In this paper, the author starts with the merits of the levy and management information construction, and focus on the situation of levy and manage information in America, Australia, Japan etc and summarize experience from them. Then sum up the basic characteristics of our country. The chapter two introduces the process situation of our country developing the levy and management information construction. The chapter three predicts the development trend of our country's levy and management information construction and gives some advices from the characteristics of our country's tax revenue, and the analysis of the tax revenue development.
