Enterprise Information Maturity Model

Enterprises' informationization is important towards advance of national economy development. The scholars of various countries have a study towards enterprises' informationization from different angle. The main study include: development stage; influence factor and content; level tests; having already achieved many accomplishments towards the study of every subject, but a study in a certain aspect is one-sided.In fact, these subjects are related; it has a realistic meaning to consider these factors synthetically toward direction of enterprises' informationization. But the study of informationization of our country is at the starting stage, the study about it is still very scarce. In this paper, through study and analysis to above-mentioned theories, to find relationship among them and synthesize these theories, set up the maturity model what incorporating guiding and assessing of enterprises' informationization into the whole, thereby to perfect constructing theory and assessing theory of enterprises' informationization of our country.The following jobs has been done in this paper:First, to point out the variousness of contents of enterprises' informationization construction through analyzing, then to classify it according to different character; the course of construction is stage by stage, and divide it according to the rule of development.Second, to set up the trinity model on the basis of the analysis of the above.Third, to provide the method of assessing aimed at the model put forward in this paper.Forth, aimed at each grade, to put forward the countermeasure and suggestion how to improve maturity of enterprises' informationization.
