The important symbol to test electricity marketing degree is that if network is detached from generator and consumer utility. Making fair and reasonable transmission price takes a great part in the implement of electricity market, so it is meaningful to do some research on it. At present articles in the area is few. The thesis makes systematic and thorough studies on several problems of transmission price in the environment of transmission open access. A series of new models and algorithms are put forward.Firstly, based on price theory and transmission service theory, the thesis compares embedded pricing mode with incremental pricing mode, points out their advantages and disadvantages: though embedded pricing mode can recover transmission cost, but can not supply good economic signal. While incremental pricing mode can bring strong economic signal, but cannot recover transmission cost. They both cannot satisfy the electricity market. Based on the two modes, the thesis put forward the third mode: synthetical pricing mode, making use of power flow result to modify the spot price.In order to enhance reactive management and build reactive power market, the thesis presents a new spot price model based on short marginal cost. Applying the var. cost to the object function of optimal power flow model, in which the var. cost can be seen as opportunity cost. Through deduction, the spot active/reactive price can be got, then physical means of Lagrange multipliers be explained. To get high operation speed and minish acute fluctuation at marginal running point, the thesis brings forward a new method: interior point method. The thesis also point out the spot price: should be modified by power flow method. Because existed power flow tracing method is too complex, a new power flow tracing method is put forward, including downstream tracing and upstream tracing. The method accords to proportional sharing principle, then the line flow' constitution of generator and load can be got, as well as relationship between generator and load. In the process of arithmetic design, Newton' method is used to compute power flow of network. Graph theory knowledge is used to determine all paths from generator to load. To improve efficiency, thesis use branch expunction method to optimize the node order. The arithmetic is verified by a five node system and satisfactory results be obtained. Finally, the thesis use the result of power flow tracing to make node transmission fixed cost, modify the spot price by it, and then synthetical pricing mode is got.
