Organizational innovation is an innovative adjustment, development and continuous improvement process for the managers and researchers to all the sub-systems and their influential mechanisms or the mechanisms through which the organization and the external environment takes interaction in order to meet the needs of adapting to the changing external environment or the growth of the firms. During the course of the growth stage there are many things to be innovated for the employee, vision, culture, organizational structure and position, tasks and process, etc. During the New Economy age, the changing environment demands better for organizational innovation. So successful organizational innovation is critical for sustainable growth and is important countermeasures for technological innovation.This thesis gives a new definition to the organizational innovation and its content based on the theory of the growth of the firm, organizational management and Schumpeterian innovation theory. Then it offers a dynamic evolution process and internal logical process of organizational innovation of different stages of the growth in detail, based on which the thesis studies on the common problems took place in the field of organizational innovation. Finally several countermeasures are given.
