The Electric Trade Between Heilongjiang Bureau Of China And East Area Of Russian

This text study how the trade between the province of Hei Long Jiang, china and Russia is going, and apply creatively the theory of the service trade into E-trade. This text is divided into three parts. Firstly, I introduce the basic methods on how to reform the domestic system of electricity industry in detail, point out the changes that maybe happen at it, and analyse how the reformation of electricity industry would affect the development of the electricity enterprise. Secondly, I expound how the foreign enterprises would affect the Chinese electricity market after our country having become one member of WTO. At last, I give out two mode on how to trade with Russia, which includes the mode of short period and the one of long term.
