After 1980s the world situation has been changing greatly. And with the globalization of economy, networkization of telecommunication and media, and the revision of the national cognition, especially with the spring-up of lifelong education throughout the world, the education pattern, category, and view of value for the youth changed a lot. Because of this, the education requirement and education ideal have gotten qualitative change.This thesis, firstly, begins with the analyses of the educational backgrounds from representative countries, qualify the study of how much the youths are satisfied with the educational factors, such as national educational surroundings, and the informationization of education, etc. Secondly, this thesis uses qualitative ways of study to probe into the effective factors of the forming of different educational cognitions, requirements, and educational categories. Finally, this thesis, after comparing the educational status in quo of between representative countries and China, concludes the following conclusions.Introduction: Beginning from the reformation of the world and the globalization of economy, this thesis analyses the educational backgrounds from representative countries, and discusses the educational cognitions, requirements of youths in different ranks. At last, it gives a brief introduction of the influences for youths from the quick changes of the politics, economy, and culture throughout the world. At the same time, it briefly introduces the design and ways of study of itself.Section A: Comparing and analyzing how much the youths are satisfied with the school education, family education and the community education, this thesis concludes four social educational types, then probes in the inner and outer reasons of its formation. From the youths' attitudes towards national education surroundings, towards the meanings of school education, and towards the views of fluxion of engagement, and towards the dealings with the internet information, towards the national social problems and views on canonization, it concludes the absolutely different results of educational cognitions between the youths in developed and developing countries.Section B: Comparing and analyzing the input of education and scientific technology, the rates of enrollment in both fundamental and high education, the education abroad and float of educated people, thecondition of educational informationization and educational levels of the staff, this thesis searches the education factors resulted from the youths' different educational cognitions and requirements, and illustrates China's educational situations for youths with adequate and precise data and facts.Section C: Comparing and analyzing the youths' educational backgrounds in different countries, this thesis searches and studies the inner consequential factors of the youths' different educational cognitions and requirements. It compared that with China's educational situations for youths and proposes that: We should run the education by law and enlarge the input to education, and should broaden the education abroad based on consummate education. We should improve the informationization level and multiplication of education, realize the multiplication of university-entrance examination system and establish the life-long education system.
