A Study On Their Moral Status And Educational Countermeasures Of Migrant Youth Workers

Since the reform and opening-up policy,the scale of migrant workers has continued to expand,especially as the main part of the group-youth,its every move affects the stability and development of society,is the social problems which have to face.Migrant workers in the integration of urban life in the face of more and more difficulties,including moral issues become increasingly prominent,and they become the focus of attention.The solution of the problem of the morality of young migrant workers directly affects the moral level of the young migrant workers,and also influences the degree of social civilization.Through the analysis and research on the moral aspects of migrant youth,not only does it contribute to the rapid and healthy growth of this young group,but also relates to the realization of the great goal of the socialist modernization drive and the building of a well-off society in an all-round way.In this paper,the basic theory of ideological and political education as the center,the comprehensive use of other disciplines theory,the use of literature research,questionnaire survey,quantitative analysis,explain the characteristics of young migrant workers.Through the empirical investigation of migrant youth moral status quo,The moral issues that surround this group are discussed.The main contents of the study are the moral status of migrant youth in the young community of young communities in Baohe District,Hefei City,Anhui Province.First of all,a large number of collection and collation of the basic information of young migrant workers in the youth community of Hefei Baohe District,According to the main content of morality,the survey questionnaire was designed from the three dimensions of professional ethics,social ethics and marriage family ethics.Secondly,the quantitative analysis method is used to analyze the data of the questionnaire,find out the current ethical status of the young migrant workers,the social morality,the moral status of the marriage and family,and find that they exist on the lack of professional ethics,social morality is not unified,There is a contradiction between knowledge and moral behavior.The main reason for these problems is the lack of specialized work management team system,the moral education model is single,young migrant workers individual differences are obvious,marriage and family moral education is missing.Finally,to solve these problems,we need to establish a special work management team system,the formation of a wide range of moral education model,and the need to strengthen this group of moral level of self education.At present,domestic and foreign research on migrant workers is not only a holistic study,but also a case study,predecessors rich,informative research results of this article is a great help.However,there are some shortcomings,the specific manifestation: First,the scholars did not really touched on the young migrant workers moral level,in particular,did not recognize the uniqueness of young migrant workers,in this regard less research;Second,most of the research have focused on the theoretical analysis and lack empirical research,and there is a separation between theory and practice in the promotion of migrant young people's moral education policy.This study is based on the conclusions of domestic and foreign ideological and political researchers on this aspect of the study,and to make a dialectical reflection on the moral aspects of migrant youth.Combined with the characteristics of young migrant workers,through the investigation and study found that the moral status of young migrant workers,in-depth study of migrant youth moral problems,and the formation of the causes of analysis,efforts to explore young people to enhance the effectiveness of young people Education strategies,with a view to better promote the integration of young migrant workers into the city and promote the progressive development of society.
