Research Into The Present State Reasons And Countermeasures Of The Rural Ideological Work In China

The issue of farmers is essential in China, this has been proved by the victory of the people's revolutionary war led by the Chinese Communist Party, in which farmers were the main part. Farmers, agriculture and the rural areas constitute the "Three Problems" in the process of Chinese modernization. In order to realize the Chinese modernization, and to build a well-off society in an all-round way, attention must be paid on the "Three Problems" and to solve them in right ways. In a large rural couratry as China, the rural ideological work is very important, which is the lifeline in Chinese rural economy and other work. Practice also proved that the wonderful idealogical work in the rural areas could monitor the development of Chinese revolution and construction. "Without the steady and all-round development in the rural areas, there will be no steady and all-round development of the whole society", from this point, the hope of Chinese modernization lies in the rural areas, and in the large-scale advance of the productivity in the rural areas. Therefore, the research into the rural ideological work is significant in accelerating the rural modernization and realizing a well-off society in an all-round way.Since the 3rd central conference of the 11th CCP, the party has made much adjustment and advancement in the system, policy and methods about the rural idealogical work. At present, the rural areas are in the period of new transformation, which brings unexpected new condition, new circumstances, and exoposes new problems in the idealogical work. All in all,the present rural idealogical work doesn't have good effect. The reasons lie in manifold:there are both historical carry-overs and the realistic crashes, with not only objective elements but also subjective elements. The key problem is that no enough attention has been paid on it, so that there has been no effective rule expored fitting the rural idealogical work.The countermeasure of the rural idelogical work should be focused on the keyproblem, and the rural condition should be considered, under the guide of the spirit of "Three Represents', farmers are a weak group, whose benefit should be guaranteed. The education should be practical, the methods should be understandable step by step and be flexible by taking the person, time and place into consideration. The ideological education should be blended with joy, condition, and management. The educational media should integate culture, management and activity together. What's more, the educated should be classified so that the emphasis of the ideological work would be clear.The people who do the ideological work should have the idea of policy and service so that they carry out the party's policy strictly, and boost the work through service. To amend the methods, they should respect the reality and the mass. This is the precious experience from the rural reformation in the past 20 years. To do everything in the rural areas, the practical condition should be considered, the farmers' will, the economic law and the natural law should be respected, when making policy and to do work, the farmer's benefit, their democratic right, their creative spirit should be respected, which is a key way to do the rural work and deal well with the relationship between the cadres and the mass. The persons who do the ideological work should set up a fixed practical idea, the mass idea, to care for the farmers, to improve on the working syle, and to find out methods to solve problems in the farmers' creative practice. This is the way for us to impove the level of the rural ideological work, and to contribute to the construction of a well-off society in an all-round way.
