Studies On Ideological Work In Rural Areas In The New Era

The issue of"Three -Nong"is the crucial problem in the process of the modernization construction and nation revival of China. Its essence is the tension between the pattern of extremely decentralized farming and socialist construction. Under the present situation, the solution to the issue of"Three-Nong"is focused on the modernized reform of Agriculture, countryside and farmer. The purpose is to make it have the basic quality which is correlated with the construction of modernization of the whole country at a lower cost. The core of the"Three-Nong"is the farmers. Consequently. The key problem of thinking-over and solving the"Three-Nong"is to realize the farmers'transformation from the traditional farmer to modern farmer. Ideological work in rural areas is the important means to cultivate modern farmers. It's a very urgent and strategic task to strengthen further and improve the ideological work in rural areas in the new era.The macro-background and foundation of the topic and research methodology is briefly introduced in the preface. The quoted basic concepts are explained and defined. In the first chapter, the present author analyzed the necessity and significance of reinforcing the ideological work in rural areas by combining the history and reality of the development of countryside in China. To reflect the development of rural areas in China, support from the government and liberation of farmers from the historic perspective is the key for rural areas to cast off tortuous and repeated historic fate. Ideological work in rural areas in China is the important guarantee of converting government's support into the realistic motive force of the development in rural areas. It 's also the means of fostering new farmers and achieving farmers's liberation. Consequently, enhancing ideological word of China countryside is the important inspiration of the history of the development of countryside. From the perspective of reality, ideological work in rural areas is valuable in maintaining the stability in present countryside, promoting continuous development of countryside and accomplishing the social harmony in rural areas. Therefore, strengthening ideological work in the countryside is the realistic need of the development in rural areas. In the second chapter, the present author of the essay reflects the basic process of our communist party's ideological work in rural areas from the independence of New China. Based on the basic process of our communist party's ideological work, the main experiences and lessons are compared, summarized and abstracted. That's to say: In guiding ideology, we should stick to the principle ,based on the Marxist scientific theory; In work ideology, we should adhere to humanism; In work pattern, we should contact farmers closely and regularly and avoid campaign and being empty and general. In work task, we should revolve around the central word of the communist party, be subordinated to and serve the development of the countryside. All these lessons are the general principles to guide the ideological work of the rural areas in the new era so that it can develop correctly and effectively.In the third chapter, the author examines closely toward the situation of the ideological work of the countryside in the new era. It involves subjective and objective evaluation toward the situation, analysis of ideological problems of the target and the main problems. From the perspective of the objective situation of ideological work we are facing, the economy in rural areas has been developed fast and the physical factors of the ideological work has been improved quite a lot. However, the administrative structure remains to be resolved and ideological work in rural areas lack the strong guarantee from the leadership. What's more, the public utilities in the countryside is very weak which restricted the effectiveness of the ideological work in rural areas. The mobile population in rural areas has been in creased which brings about new opportunities and challenges to the ideological work in the countryside. From the perspective of subjective conditions, the farmers'mass spiritual needs has been increased which brings about the subjective reasons for the creative development of the ideological work in rural areas. Dre to the variety of ideology in the countryside, the ideological work in rural areas is faced with the tremendous task which needs to be strengthened. The current social tendency has deteriorated, so the ideological work in rural areas is faced with challenges. The three characteristics of ideological work in the countryside are variety, changibility and duality. The main problems of the ideological work in the new era are: there are deviations between subjectivity and objectivity; lack of leadership; not forming a work pattern; front is not efficient; means and carrier is old-fashioned and single.In the fourth chapter, the author puts forward the countermeasures and designs to strengthen and improve the ideological work in rural areas in the new era. From the perspective of macro-countermeasures, we'd better do the following: First, regulating the functional oritation of ideological work in rural areas strategically to make it more scientic and humanistic ; Second, constructing an administrative work pattern and guaranteeing working effectively; Third, establishing sound network and regulations to realize its socialization and institution; Last but not least, regarding the construction of new countryside as the turning point beautify the external situation of the ideological work in rural areas. Five specific phases is suggested as follow: first step, laying down scientific developmental strategies; second step, revolving around developmental strategy and designing its content and program scientifically; third step, applying all means comprehensively and promoting the ideological work to the household; fifth step, examining failure, summarizing and appraising.
