Research On Resolve Countermeasure Of Ideological And Political Work In State-Owned Enterprises

2009 Government Economic Report pointed out that we must keep economic policy unswervingly and improve management of state-owned enterprises. Ideological and political work is our Party's fine tradition, and is the lifeblood of the political work. With the reform of state-owned enterprises was deepened, ideological and political work in enterprises entered a brand new period of development. Along with the reform of state-owned enterprise, the ideological and political work will against the challenges. In order to our ideological and political operators recognize the importance of this work and improve our work, I believe that is very necessary on research of the ideological and political work.In my thesis, I analysis the function of ideological and political work according the characteristics of our state-owned enterprises. The first of all, we must enhance staff education, optimize the internal environment. Second, we must implement the scientific concept of development. Third, we must improve management and increase economic efficiency. Last, our operators must resolve business conflicts to build a harmonious enterprise.In the second part of my thesis, author analysis the new situation of ideological and political work. Illustrate the problems of our work, for example, our object become more and more complex, the methods of ideological and political work drop behind new situation, lack the support of good social environment and other issues, this paper combine theory and practice, the author research that how to strengthen and improve ideological and political work of state-owned enterprise.This article focuses on countermeasure research of ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises. The author proposes five methods in order to improve the current level of ideological and political work, which including: improve the professional quality of operators, pay much more attention to humanistic care, strengthen corporate culture, attach importance to innovation of ideological and political work. Among these way, strengthen the state-owned enterprises cultural is the innovative point of this article. Ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises is a complex and difficult project in this new period, it is should be integrated with the enterprise management, through research on resolve countermeasure of ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises, we can improve our ideological and political work.
