Research On The System Of The Performance Evaluation Of Enterprise Operation

The Performance Evaluation (Abr. as PE) plays an important role in establishing modern enterprise system and changing the role of government from a direct controller to an indirect supervisor. The theoretical research and practice of PE in China have developed greatly in recent years. At the same time, there is still aninadequacy in the correspondent field. The durability--includingtechnical innovation ability and environmental protection ability has been ignored in current system, on which this article focuses. The writer firstly analyses the origin of PE, regarding it as the theoretical fundament of the PE system to be established and the starting point of the content in this article. By analyzing the resemblance between incorporation and state-owned enterprise, the writer evaluates both of them as well. The writer also regards durability as the focus of PE after analyzing the trend of enterprise in the economic environment in the 21st century. Basing on the above-mentioned conclusions, the writer founds the frame of PE system and designs the correspondent system of standard and indices.At the same time, there are so many questions needing settling, which are out of the range of the writer's ability for sundry reasons. They are also listed in the end of this article.
