The Research On The Economic Running Quantity Evaluation Of The Coal Industry

While China has entered into the WTO, in the face of the international competition pressure, it is an important strategic mission in new century for the coal industry to increase the economic running quality and the international competition ability. Increasing the economic running quality of the coal industry, it is desired for a series of scientific, reasonable and operative method to evaluate the economic running quality. The economic running quality evaluation was started rather late in our country, elaborated literatures on this subject haven't been seen. So it is important doubtlessly both in theory and in practice to research on the economic running quality evaluation of the coal industry.The main research object of this paper is the coal industry. Combining positivistic analyses with normative analysis together, qualitative analysis quantitative analysis together, we researched the economic running quality evaluation of the coal industry thoroughly. Firstly, we lucubrated the problems on the economic running quality of the coal industry qualitatively. Secondly, making use of ISM, we designed the evaluation index system according to the relations between the influencing factors of the coal industry's economic running quality. Thirdly, the subjective and objective combined evaluation model for the economic running quality evaluation was established, which integrated AHP and entropy. And then making use of the model, we evaluated the economic running quality of the coal industry in Shandong from different levels and viewpoints quantitatively. At last, according to the results of evaluation, we put forward several concrete countermeasures and suggestions, such as strengthening the microeconomic vitality, changing the way of economic increase, adjusting the economic structure etc to increase the economic running quality of coal industry.
