Design And Implementation Of Community Nursing Service Quality Evaluation System

The quality evaluation for community nursing service plays an important role in the progress of community care for elderly.Study the quality evaluation of community nursing service and then establish a complete,scientific and objective service evaluation method.This research can not only improve the online word-of-mouth reputation of pension enterprises but also assist the elderly to obtain cost-effective pension services,which has become an important part of promoting the healthy development of pension industry.In this paper,a new model for the community nursing service quality evaluation is constructed according to the characteristics of the care for elderly in community and an evaluation method is put forward based on the design of this model.A community nursing service quality evaluation system can be developed after requirement analysis,design,implementation and test under the guidance of the model.This paper elaborates the research work from the following aspects:(1)The functional requirement of three major system business roles is clear and the core business process is described after studying on the demand of China 's community nursing service quality evaluation.On this basis,a community nursing service quality evaluation model based on AIS-OR(Assessment Indicator System-Online Review)is proposed.(2)Research the model of community nursing service quality.Construct the AIS-OR mathematical model,and propose the community nursing service quality evaluation two level system under the instruction of this model.Then the evaluation index weight in this two level system is calculated by AHP method.Finally,the index evaluation model is constructed.The text mining technology and sentiment analysis determine the relationship between online review sentiment and community nursing service quality,so as to construct the quality sentiment feature database.System uses Na?ve Bayesian algorithm to realize the quality classification of online reviews.(3)Design and implement the community nursing service quality evaluation system.According to the quality evaluation model,the system structure,database,package,class and function module are designed.This paper elaborates the realization of the community nursing service quality evaluation functions throu gh the class diagram,sequence diagram and system interface.(4)Community nursing service quality evaluation system test.The white box and the black box two methods are used to test the community nursing service quality evaluation function.The system performance testing is performed on the system security,compatibility and operation.
