Study On System Reform Of Agricultural Investment And Financing In Jiangsu Province

Basing on the overall analysis on the condition of agricultural investment and financing in Jiangsu province which has given certain contributes to agricultural economy, this dissertation wants to find the problems existing in the system of agricultural investment and financing by analyzing on concrete evidences. After the further causing analysis, it gives a lot of relevant advice to reform the system of Jiangsu's agricultural investment and financing.Besides prologue, this dissertation includes four parts.Part 1 just the first chapter consists of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, which look back the condition of Jiangsu's agricultural investment and financing since the Reform and Open. Qualitative one analyzes both amount and structure of agricultural investment and financing to make preparation for quantitative one which measures the extent of contributes given by agricultural investment and financing to agricultural economy.In part 2, which is the second chapter too, the dissertation reveals the existing problems and gives further causing analysis from two points of view of investing system which consists of finance, individual and collectivity and financing system which analyses from two aspects of financial institutions and peasants themselves.Chapter 3 comprises part 3. This part commentates such reforming measures taken recently as three projects on agricultural science education, three capitals to be put into agricultural for developing and guarantees on the agricultural loan by government which initiates in the city of Wuxi.The last part also the fouth chapter is a policy one. A lot of useful policies and advice are presented.In sum, the study shows that the system of agricultural investment and financing in Jiangsu will become perfect by setting up quantity expanding mechanism, many-faceted operating mechanism, policy guiding and microcosmic accumulating mechanism.
