Foreign Direct Investment Research And Strategic Idea Of Chinese Enterprises

The course that the reform and opening up to the world of our country has already passed by more than 20 years. During this period that Chinese economy has developed at a high speed. The foreign direct investment of enterprises of our country grow stronger day by day, is playing a more and more important role in national economic development. With the industrial structure adjustment in the global range and China' s joining the World Trade Organization, which certainly will impel more domestic enterprises to go abroad, participate and cooperate in international economy.At present, many enterprises possess the strength and condition of "walking out" in our country, and have already implemented their transnational development strategy and gotten certain achievements. But these multinational corporations, compared with the global multinational corporations, disparity is still very evident. Because the foreign direct investment of our enterprises starts relatively late, lack the theoretical direction and practical experiences, in addition the enterprises defects and the incomplete macroscopical management system, the enterprises of our country no matter at transnational business scales or at international competitiveness, were unable to satisfy the economic development of our country and the need opening to the world very well. Therefore,that study how to promote the foreign direct investment of the Chinese enterprises and deeply participate in international economic cooperation and competition is our task of top priority.At first, this paper explains the reason of the foreign direct investment of Chinese enterprises under the international and domestic background.Then it analyses and differentiates the relevant foreign direct investment theories comparatively in detail. Then it analyses the comparative advantage and the development conditions of the foreign direct investment of Chinese enterprises. Finally, on the basis of positive research and the national conditions of our country, it proposes the strategic idea of the foreign direct investment of Chinese enterprises. In addition, this paper has fully used a large amount of data materials to describe the relation about the economic variable with the qualitative analysis.
