The trade of power station manufacture needs strong capital, high technology, is an important developing trade of Chinese government on machine installation and have deep history backgrounds. GE and SIMENTS paticipate the competition of the trade in the global market.The paper analyzes the marketing competitive strategy of Sichuan Boiler Works as an example in the trade.
