Marketing Strategy Management is an administrative science combining wide practicality and high complication. The medicine industry is one of the most important compositions of national economy. It is called as the THE RINING SUN, After probing into the theories of marketing strategy management, this paper takes an actual enterprise into consideration and studies its whole processes of marketing strategy through analyses, selecting, making and carrying out the strategy according to the studies of environment of medicine industry. This paper begins from the study of Yunnan Medicine Industry Shareholding Co., Ltd.. The whole structure is as following:Preface and introduction part expounds the purpose of this article, method of study, structure of article and process. The second part of this paper shows the status quo, developing trend and environments of whole medicine industry and then describes the present situation of the Yunnan Medicine Industry. Finally it carries out the SWOT analyses of external environment. The third part states the background and internal conditions of Yunnan Medicine Industry Shareholding Co., Ltd and gives the report about the SWOT.
