| Anterior management is one of important parts in entire process of an project management, and a pivotal link of project anterior management is feasibility research and project evaluation. Feasibility research must be finished before a project' s beginning . Through all-sided analysis, argumentation and evaluation about marketing, resource, technique, economy and society problems relating to a project, it can confirm whether the project should be set up, or can choose the best investing scheme. A project can' t be changed once investing a great deal of fund. Therefore, before a project beginning, we must do feasibility research and project evaluation spending some cost to reduce mistakes of decision-making.This feasibility research report was strict according to the requests of feasibility research, proved the feasibility of the urban sewage treatment equipment Project of Dongfang General Machinery Company from each aspect .
