| The problem of economic structure is an important respect, which concerns economic development. In recent years, the out-of-balance of economic structure becomes more and more outstanding, and structure's restriction to economic development shows especially. The strategy of west development even puts structural adjustment to the most important position. Because its characteristics of strong industry relationship, rapid growth rate, and great development potentiality, real estate occupies very important position in western economic development. However, because of a short development time and inferior position, etc., there is the structure out-of-balance for the western real estate. So carrying on adjustment of structure for real estate in western area timely is not only favorable to health development continuously of real estate, but also drives the development of large quantities of relevant industry, thus advances western regional economy to get on a new step.Combining the basic theory of economic structure, on the basis of the important position of real estate in western economic development, dividing real estate structure into the industry of real estate and national economic structure, the agent structure and market structure of real estate, then subdividing further under each structure, this paper points out there is unavoidably out-of-balance for the structure in the process, though the development of the western real estate is very fast and is perfecting constantly. The fourth chapter in this paper analyzes the historic and realistic reasons causing the structural out-of-balance of western real estate, and proposes carrying on the strategic adjustment, pluralistic adjustment andadaptable adjustment to the western real estate. We expect to drive real estate develop through real estate structural adjustment, make it meet market need better, and develop healthily continuously, thus coordinate with other industries to drive western economy develop continuously, healthily and fast.
