Study On Legal Issues Of Market Access System In China

Nowadays the legal circle is seriously divided in opinion on market access, which hinders the construction of market access system in our country. So it is important to reaserch the basic issues of market access such as definition. Beginning with inquiring into the origin, this dissertation defines mraket access, expounds its history, analyses the reason of divirgences on the issue, and probes into the essence. Then this dissertation compares the market access systems of several countries, and analyses the market access system of WTO on a new point. Based on these studies, the dissertation clarifies the history and present situation of the market access system in P.R.China, summarizes current problems, sums up the deep reasons, and provides some retional and feasible advices to resolve these problems.
